"I contacted this State Farm facility to ask some questions on my policy. I talked to an associate named Joy. She was a breath of fresh air. I did not know that this type of customer service existed anymore. I literally had to pinch myself. Then, after she returned my call when she noticed that I called and hung up without leaving a message, I had goosebumps. Definitely a great place for my insurance needs."
