I canceled my home owner policy with them due to the incompetence in March. I am still yet to get a refund check and am getting told “it’s in the mail” for months. "Do not use this company. They lost a picture of my sons license (which I have proof we sent) and canceled my insurance without telling me. I drove the last 6 months without insurance!!!! Never received a notice at all!!! I will be contacting the AG, filing a complaint with DIFS, as well the BBB. After stating they didn't have proof I sent them my sons license, and I found it myself, they then say they found it. Again, NEVER NOTIFIED ME THEY CANCELED MY INSURANCE FOR THEIR MISTAKE. NO APLOLGY, SHE WOULDNT EVEN TAKE MY CALL!!! Stay away!!"
